John Reynolds, DDS
Dr. Reynolds has been in private practice in Williamson County for 29 plus years. During his training at the University of Tennessee, from which he graduated in 1981, Dr. Reynolds' exemplary scholarship was recognized by the Certificate of Honor and inclusion in the Dean Honorary Society.
Dr. Reynolds averages annually over 130 hours of continuing education. Part of this advanced training is done through The Pankey Institute, the country's premier center for post-gruaduate dental education, where he is also a lead faculty member of the esthetics and digital photography courses. Dr. Reynolds is also a visiting faculty member of The Scottsdale Center for Dentistry.
Dr. Reynolds' expertise as a restorative and cosmetic dentist is certified by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, of which he is an Accredited member. The attainment of the AACD Accreditation required completion of a rigorous program and clinical evaluation by the Academy's Accreditation Committee. He now serves on the Accreditation Examiner team and a past member of the American Board of Cosmetic Dentistry. He speaks and teaches both locally and nationally about comprehensive cosmetic dentistry and digital photography. He is President of the Nashville Dental Society.
Dr. Reynolds is past-president of the Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and affiliate of the AACD and currently serves on its board of directors. The TNACD provides local and regional programs for dentists who wish to improve their skills in the ara of cosmetic dentistry. In addition, assistance is given to those on the journey to achieve Accreditation status with the AACD. Thre are currently only six Accredited dentists in Tennessee.
Dr. Reynolds is married to Kathy Baker of Columbia and they have three children, Meagan, John, and Baker, and two grandchildren, Isabella and Makayla.
