When and where is the 2014 AACD Annual Scientific Session?
April 30 - May 3, 2014. Exhibit Hall opens on May 1, 2014.

What is the booth rental fee?
Corner booth = $3,000
Inline booth = $2,700
What are my payment options?
Choose to either pay in full or pay the 50 percent deposit upon booth space contract submission. All payments made after Jan. 31, 2014 must be paid in full. We accept payments via check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

What are the important deadline dates?
Nov. 1, 2013 - Deadline for cancellation of booth space with a full refund (less $75 handling fee).
Jan. 31, 2014 - Final payments due on outstanding balances; Deadline for cancellation of booth space with a 50% refund; All contracts received after this date will require full payment.
March 23, 2014 - Deadline for exhibitor badge registration & EAC badge registration.
Do I need to register booth personnel?
Yes, four complimentary badges will be provided for every 10' x 10' booth that is rented. Click here to register for your Exhibitor Badges. Additional badges are $100 per employee. Exhibitor Badge Registration deadline is March 23, 2014.
What are the move-in dates and times?
You can set up your booth on Wed. April 30, 2014 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. All booths must be completed by 9 am on Thurs., May 1.
What are the exhibit hall hours?
Thur., May 1, 2014 – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Fri., May 2, 2014 – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sat., May 3, 2014 – 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
What are the move-out dates and times?
Exhibitor tear down is between 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Sat. May 3, 2014.
Can exhibitors attend the AACD Welcome Reception, continental breakfasts, and educational sessions?
Exhibitors can attend the Wednesday eventing Welcome Reception; continental breakfasts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning; and all three (3) General Sessions for FREE. Exhibit badges must be worn at all times for access to these events. Exhibitors interested in attending educational courses for credit must complete general attendee registration.
