	Welcome Reception: "A Night at the Museum" See history come to life at the AACD's Welcome Reception at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. The reception will take place from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., giving members plenty of time to peruse exhibits featuring dinosaurs, Ancient Egypt, and the Hope Diamond, while enjoying complimentary beer and wine. 	Composer Eric Whitacre Confirmed For Friday General Session! Composer Eric Whitacre will serve as the keynote speaker during Friday's General Session at the AACD Annual Scientific Session in Washington, DC. Whitacre, who completed his first concert work at the age of 21, earned his Master of Music degree from Julliard School and will seek to inspire Annual Scientific Session attendees through music. (11/7/11)—Speakers and courses for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s (AACD) 28th Annual Scientific Session have now been revealed, with Dr. Carl Misch, and many others among the lineup. This year’s session is slated for May 2-5, 2012, in National Harbor, Md., just minutes from Washington, DC.
