Unfortunately, much of the cosmetic dentistry these patients have been exposed to has given them an inaccurate idea of what teeth should look like, as well as a false sense of cosmetic expertise. This makes them more demanding, and the poor examples of cosmetic dentistry they have been exposed to almost guarantee that they will demand similar unnatural-looking cosmetics.
