23-4 Accreditation Clinical Case Report, Case Type lll: Comparison of Failed and Passed Cases

the factors that play a role in whether this case type fails or passes became quite evident. My first attempt at Case Type lll involved replacing an old three-unit porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) bridge for teeth ##8-10, replacing a poor porcelain veneer on #7, and placing porcelain laminates on ##5-8 and #12 in order to create a harmonious and esthetic smile.
